To quote John Steinbeck, "we do not take a trip....a trip takes us."

My travel journals are little more than notes I take during the course
of a photographic expedition or a "scouting" trip. A mishmash of field notes, snapshots, personal observations and travel research.

The end result is equal parts blog, photo guide, and irreverent travel brochure. Hey, I might as well do something with this material!
